Margaret Dellinger’s Side Saddle, Cherryville
Margaret Paulina Carpenter Dellinger was a resident of Cherryville, NC and would have used this saddle in the early 1900's. The donor notes that Margaret rode her horse on Cherry Lane in Cherryville and in 1921 was asked to help pay to pave main street, in which she responded that her horse did not care whether the roads were paved or not.
