An Awaken Gallery Exhibition, Now on Display

Awaken Gallery artists will be on display at the Gaston County Museum of Art & History beginning Saturday, January 14, 2023. Awaken Gallery is located in Mount Holly, North Carolina and represents seven artists from the Charlotte and Gaston County region. “Messages: An Awaken Gallery Exhibition” was curated to represent the messages left behind by these talented artists through symbols such as crows, nature, memory, and family.

“Messages is a very beautiful and powerful art exhibition that features seven different artists from our region,” Gaston County Museum’s Curator, Alicyn Wiedrich, said. “I encourage you to visit the museum and engage with these art pieces. The work is deeply personal and I know our visitors will take away the messages in the artworks.”

Messages: An Awaken Gallery Exhibition will be open from January 14 through April 22, 2023. A public opening will be held on Saturday, January 14 from 6:00-8:00PM at the Gaston County Museum.
