Dear friend as you to rite
havent done so will drop a few lines in Harriets leter to let you know
I am well at this time hope when reach you They may youre family is
enjoying the same great I have herd from you several times since I saw
you I was glad to lern your helth was improving I understand you have
got your ferlow lengthend you are wise in doing so for times is a
great deal worse that when you left we only get one meal a day I dont
know how we may stand it I will look for you to bring me a little of
something to eat but remans your friend til death
